Der heutige Beitrag richtet sich in erster Linie an alle Hamburger. Ich habe das große Glück, gleich über vier wunderbare Tanten zu verfügen. Unser Familienband ist stark, und ich bin wirklich sehr froh über mein familiäres Umfeld. Daher möchte ich heute gern meiner Patentante helfen, denn diese sucht eine neue Wohnung in Hamburg. Spätestens zum 15. März muss sie umziehen. Es wäre ganz wunderbar wenn einer unserer Blog-Leser bzw. Facebook-Freunde dabei helfen kann!
Gesucht wird eine 2-3 Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon oder Terrasse. Die Warmmiete sollte 950,00 Euro nicht übersteigen – gern auch etwas reduzierter.
Wellingsbüttel, Poppenbüttel, Sasel, Niendorf, Schnelsen, Lokstedt, Bramfeld, Fuhlsbüttel, Ohlsdorf, Ohlstedt, Stellingen, Eilbek, Langenhorn, Lurup, Alsterdorf, Eppendorf, Hoheluft, Eimsbüttel oder auch mitten in der Stadt… Bei der Stadtteilwahl sind wir recht flexibel. Die Wohnung sollte einigermaßen ruhig, also nicht unbedingt an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstrasse liegen und dennoch über einen HVV Anschluss in näherer Umgebung verfügen. Sofern es sich nicht um eine ebenerdige Wohnung handelt, wäre ein Fahrstuhl wünschenswert. Wenn dann noch eine Einbauküche, ein (Dusch-)Bad mit Fenster und ein PKW-Stellplatz vorhanden wäre, wäre das absolut großartig.
