Es gibt so einige neue Gesichter in unserer Familie. Wird Zeit, dass ich in den kommenden Tagen und Wochen einmal über unsere Zuwächse berichte. Den Anfang macht heute Tobias Thiel.
Tobias Thiel ist Friseurmeister und hat bei einem uns befreundeten Unternehmen viele Jahre gearbeitet. Sein Weg führte ihn nun nach Hamburg. Das er durch eine fachlich extrem gute Schule gegangen ist wissen wir, denn sein „alter“ Arbeitgeber ist ein Leuchtturm in unserer Branche, hat einen ausgezeichneten Ruf und wird von Simona und mir schon seit vielen Jahren sehr geschätzt. Daraus resultierend hat Tobias Thiel eine fachlich sehr gute Handschrift und zeigt dies auch bei seinen täglichen Arbeiten.
Er selbst hat in den letzten Jahren in verschiedenen Funktionen gearbeitet und Verantwortung übernommen. Auch das war für ihn eine gute Schule, denn er weiß jetzt ganz genau wo seine Stärken liegen und worauf er sich konzentrieren möchte. Man soll den Tag ja nicht vor dem Abend loben, aber es macht den Eindruck, als ob Tobias Thiel vom ersten Tag an bei uns und im Team Hamburger Meile angekommen ist. Er wirkt völlig gelöst, ist hoch motiviert und bringt sich gut ein. Einen Draht zu seinen neuen Kollegen hat er sofort gefunden und manchmal habe ich das Gefühl, als ob er schon seit längerem zur Nicolaisen-Familie gehört, dabei war sein offizieller Arbeitsbeginn ja erst der 01. September 2015.
Es brachte mir natürlich enorm Spaß zu beobachten, wie sein Start bei uns verlief. Nun heißt es nicht abzuheben, die Lockerheit beizubehalten und sich zeitgleich noch stärker mit dem Team zu verwurzeln. Ich bin mir sicher, dass diese Zusammenarbeit weiterhin einen echt positiven Verlauf nimmt. Wir freuen uns, dass wir Tobias bei uns im Team haben!
