Ich weiß noch wie er sich im Frühsommer bei uns vorstellte. Er besaß diese gewinnbringende Mischung aus Demut/Respekt auf der einen Seite, und ein natürliches, gesundes Selbstbewusstsein auf der anderen Seite. Seine Heimat ist Bayern, aber sein Wunsch war es nach Hamburg zu ziehen und hier seine Karriere als Friseur zu starten! Wie bei uns üblich absolvierte er zwei Tage in unseren Salons als Volontär, und an diesen beiden Tagen konnte er uns vollkommen überzeugen.
Um ehrlich zu sein, wir konnten es gar nicht glauben, dass Herr Eisenmann im Grunde genommen ja ein Berufsanfänger ist. Seine Ausbildung hat er nicht klassisch in einem Friseursalon absolviert, sondern er besuchte die Friseurakademie „Meininghaus“ in Forchheim. Eine Institution in unserer Branche, die über einen exzellenten Ruf verfügt. „Meininghaus“ Absolventen gehen durch eine sehr herzliche aber auch recht strenge Schule. Man muss schon über sehr viel Ehrgeiz, Disziplin und Talent verfügen, um am Ende zu den besten Prüflingen zu gehören. Um hanseatisches Understatement zu wahren sei nur erwähnt, dass uns das Prüfungsergebnis sehr gefreut hat und wir allergrößten Respekt vor der erbrachten Leistung haben. An dieser Stelle auch ein Gruß an Axel Meininghaus und mein Dank an ihn und sein Team für eine hervorragende Ausbilder-Leistung!
Seit 01. September ist Herr Eisenmann nun also ein „Neu-Hamburger“, und auch neu bei uns am Ballindamm. Seine ersten Wochen sind wirklich sehr gut verlaufen. Er ist bereits sehr gut im Team integriert, seine fachlichen Leistungen sind wirklich klasse, seine Beratungsqualität ist für einen Jungfriseur absolut bewundernswert… und das ganze kann man dann auch an nüchternen Zahlen ablesen. Über 90 (!) Kunden hat er in seinen ersten vier Wochen bereits bedient. Ein wirklich grandioser Wert! Das Feedback der Kunden ist bis hierhin überragend, zahlreiche Kunden buchten gleich einen Folgetermin, und selbst die ein oder andere „Empfehlungskundin“ hat sich schon einen Termin bei Nikolas Eisenmann reservieren lassen.
Wir sind alle unglaublich froh, dass uns Nikolas am Ballindamm verstärkt! Das passt richtig gut! Auf diesem Weg meine höchste Anerkennung für diesen tollen Start in Hamburg, und ich bin mir sicher wir werden miteinander noch eine tolle Zeit vor uns haben. Ich freue mich darauf 🙂
