Vier verkaufsoffene Sonntage gibt es pro Jahr in Hamburg. Unsere Salons in der Hamburger Meile und am Ballindamm machen da natürlich mit. Von 13:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr haben die Geschäfte in der Innenstadt und in den Einkaufszentren geöffnet, und somit auch wir. Ich habe mich in der Vergangenheit hier im Blog (bzw. auf Facebook) zu diesem Thema mehrmals kritisch geäußert. Meine kritische Sichtweise über diese verkaufsoffene Sonntage bleibt auch bestehen. Es gibt für mein empfinden einige wenige Punkte die für solche Aktionen sprechen, und im Gegenzug deutlich mehr Gründe die dagegen sprechen. Aber das soll heute – oh Wunder – jetzt gar nicht mein Thema sein.
Ich freue mich heute über die Tatsache, dass die Salonleiter mit ihren Teams mittlerweile die verkaufsoffenen Sonntage sehr gut organisiert und in unseren Jahresablauf wunderbar intrigiert haben. Weiterhin stehen wir in beiden Salons an Sonntagen nicht mit der vollen Teamstärke zur Verfügung, sondern mit einer abgespeckten Crew an motivierten Friseuren, die auch richtig Lust verspüren den Tag aktiv zu nutzen. Die Stimmung ist absolut positiv. Und hier kommt ein weiterer Punkt der mich heute sehr freut: In beiden Salons sind wir erneut schon jetzt so gut wie ausgebucht! Immer mehr Kunden verstehen diese Sonntage auch als eine liebgewonnene Alternative für einen entspannten Friseurbesuch. Ich freue mich wirklich sehr, dass der Zuspruch mittlerweile so groß geworden ist, dass wir nicht nur heute am Samstag, sondern gerade auch am verkaufsoffenen Sonntag so gut wie ausgebucht sind. Spontankunden möchte ich daher wirklich ans Herz legen nicht unbedingt wortwörtlich „spontan“ vorbei zu kommen, sondern lieber vorher kurz einmal anzurufen und nach freien Terminen zu fragen.
