Sachen gibt´s, die gibt´s gar nicht. Gestern wurde ich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass ein Friseur in Südbayern auf seiner Homepage mit Fotos aus unserem Stadtpalais für seinen Salon Werbung macht… Hallo? Kann man mir das bitte einmal erklären? Wie kurzfristig gedacht ist das denn bitte?
Ich stell mir das gerade bildlich vor. Ich bin neu in der Stadt, suche einen Friseur und stoße dann auf die Homepage dieses Friseursalons. Mir gefallen die Fotos und ich rufe an und reserviere einen Termin. Und dann komme ich in den Salon und sehe einen ganz anderen Salon als dies die Fotos von der Homepage vermuten lassen. Hä? Wo liegt denn darin der Sinn? Auch mit größtmöglicher Kreativität habe ich bis jetzt darauf noch keine Antwort gefunden.
Als ich gestern unseren Juristen informierte, konnte der das auch nicht glauben. Geklaute Fashion-Fotos oder unerlaubt weiterleitende Fotos in sozialen Medien sind für ihn mehr oder weniger Alltag. Aber geklaute Einrichtungsfotos eines Geschäftes für ein anderes Geschäft, dass hat er auch noch nicht gehabt. Er freut sich schon auf den Auftrag. Ich habe ihm gesagt er darf ggf. im April aktiv werden. Bis Ende März habe ich den Kollegen Zeit eingeräumt ihre Homepage zu einer „Nicolaisen freie Zone“ umzugestalten 😉
