Heute geht´s für mich wieder zurück in die Salons. Endlich! Ich freue mich auf die Rückkehr in die „Normalität“. Ich gebe zu, dass die Ereignisse in Paris und danach mich schon stark beeinflusst haben. Zum einen, weil die Dinge so sind wie sie sind. Das ist schlimm und furchtbar genug. Zum anderen jedoch sicherlich auch, weil ich keinen gewohnten Alltagsablauf hatte. Jeder Tag war anders beruflich fordernd, ohne dass ich mich in gewohnte Rituale zurückziehen konnte. Das ist heute anders, und das ist gut so.
Natürlich möchte ich hier im Blog bzw. auf Facebook unsere neuen Mitarbeiter vorstellen. Ich möchte von einer wirklich „besonderen“ Kundenreaktion berichten und ich möchte Euch unbedingt die HUNDEBANDE vorstellen, welche wir aktuell aktiv unterstützen. Ich möchte Euch über einen neuen, ganz besonderen Service informieren und selbstverständlich total gern auf Tina Schwanke´s Gastbeitrag vom letzten Freitag eingehen. Das alles (und noch mehr) steht auf meiner „ToDo-Liste“ für unseren täglichen Blog. Aber dazu brauche ich auch eine Spur Leichtigkeit. Diese benötige ich, um meine jeweiligen Gedanken gut sortiert und lesefreundlich in die Tasten hauen zu können. Und diese Leichtigkeit ist mir – das will ich ehrlich zugeben – aktuell etwas abhanden gekommen.
Ich bin zuversichtlich, dass es hier schon bald wie gewohnt weitergehen wird, aber aktuell ist mir das nicht möglich. Das mag man als „Schwäche“ auslegen. Ich denke jedoch, dass gerade dies eine unserer Stärken ist! Wir bleiben uns treu! Bei aller Dienstleistungsbereitschaft wollen wir darüber hinaus auch immer ein ehrlicher Partner für unsere Mitarbeiter, Kunden und Freunde sein. Das ist in den Salons so. Und das ist auch hier bei diesem Blog so. Natürlich bin ich mir bewusst, dass dies völlig runtergebrochen ein Blog eines Friseurunternehmers ist, der am Ende davon lebt dass möglichst viele Kunden in „seinen“ Salons bedient werden. Und da ein Friseurbesuch auch immer mit Spaß, Kreativität und Sympathie verbunden wird, sind nachdenkliche Gedanken aller Wahrscheinlichkeit tendenziell kontraproduktiv. Wie sagte es vor zwei Wochen ein guter Bekannter zu mir? „Wenn ich zum Friseur gehe, will ich eine Stunde lang den Alltag vergessen und nicht mit negativen Themen oder mit Problemgeschichten belästigt werden„. Das ist legitim und absolut nachvollziehbar. Es stimmt; Terroranschläge und Friseurbesuche sind nicht wirklich kompatibel. Aber die Anschläge sind Realität. Und sie galten nicht explizit Paris bzw. Frankreich, sondern sie galten in aller erster Linie unserer freien Kultur, unseren Werten und die Art wie wir leben. Das geht uns alle an. Und das kann ich zur Zeit in meinem Kopf leider nicht verdrängen, so unprofessionell dies auch sein mag. Das tut mir leid, aber so ist es nun einmal. Doch wenn mir eines in den letzten fast vier Jahren in denen wir diesen Blog betreiben gezeigt wurde, dann dass uns genau diese Ehrlichkeit immer ausgemacht hat und von vielen unser Leser dankbar aufgenommen wurde.
Heute und morgen steht für mich also wieder ein wenig Alltag an. Dann geht es noch einmal für drei Tage beruflich nach Berlin. Und ab Dienstag nächster Woche kehrt dann auch für mich bis Jahresende endlich der gewohnte Alltag wieder an. Und wisst Ihr was? Darauf freue ich mich schon jetzt total!
