Letzte Woche erreichte mich eine E-Mail eines langjährigen Kunden. Zunächst erschrak ich leicht. David ist mir gut bekannt, auch wenn ich ihn persönlich nur sehr selten die Haare schneide. Er ist Däne, hat eine ganz liebenswerte Art und er gehört zu den Kunden auf die ich mich einfach freue wenn ich seinen Namen im Terminkalender lese, egal ob ich ihn persönlich bediene oder nicht. David kommt schon lange zu uns und ich fragte mich natürlich sofort, was er wohl auf dem Herzen haben könnte. Was ich dann zu lesen bekam…. na, lest es selbst:
Hallo Lars,
obwohl meine Zufriedenheit mit deinem Unternehmen und deinen Mitarbeiter offensichtlich sein dürfte (da ich nun seit mehr als 10 Jahren Kunde bin) möchte ich dennoch schriftlich einen Sonderlob loswerden.
Letzte Woche Montag 17.00 hatte ich einen Termin bei Frau Goy. Ich hatte selber einen beruflichen Termin in Güstrow. Es kam, dass meinen Termin in Güstrow, statt von 11 bis 13 Uhr zu gehen, sich bis 15 Uhr herauszog. Ich kam zwar gerade noch pünktlich im Salon an. Hatte aber zu der Zeit seit 6 Uhr morgens nichts mehr gegessen.
Erstmals habe ich mich 2 Gläser Cola geholt um die Zuckerwerte aufzubessern. Hat aber nur bedingt geholfen. Da übernimmt Frau Goy das Kommando und Fragt einen jungen Kollegen ob er mir nicht schnell einen Sandwich von Dean & David holen kann. Geld gegeben, Jacke an und los war er. 10 Minuten später hatte ich den Sandwich und ich war gerettet.
Das ist ein herausragende Service!!! Auch wenn es bestimmt nicht die Aufgabe eines Friseurs ist Kunden mit Essen zu versorgen! Aber gerade deswegen ist es auch eine herausragende Service und nicht nur eine gute.
Du erzählst oft von eurer fachlicher Qualität, aber daran gewöhnt man sich – vielleicht als grauhaarigen Mann mit anspruchslosem Haarschnitt – auch einfach zu schnell :-). Und du stellst immer wieder auch die Mitarbeiter als Grundlage für euren Erfolg da. Das war für mich eine Ausnahme Beispiel für’s letztere!

Ich liebe es ja wenn Dänen Deutsch sprechen – oder wie in diesem Fall „schreiben“! Einfach herrlich. Und der Inhalt ist natürlich auch wunderbar. Daher an dieser Stelle meinen aller herzlichsten Dank an David. In einer digitalen Zeit, in der man den Eindruck bekommen kann, dass sich Kunden nur dann aufmachen lange Texte zu schreiben wenn sie ihre Wut und Enttäuschung loswerden wollen, ist es beruhigend festzustellen, dass es auch anderes herum geht. Und das ein Kunde nach über 10 Jahren Unternehmenstreue sich dennoch die Zeit für solch ein Feedback nimmt, ist schlicht und einfach ein wahnsinnig gutes Gefühl! Danke David!
Mein Dank geht aber natürlich auch an Natalie Goy und das gesamte Ballindamm-Team! Diese E-Mail unterstreicht mein Gefühl, dass wir in der City wieder ein richtig „geiles“ Team am Start haben, und das macht mich wirklich glücklich! Das kann man jetzt – wenn man mir etwas Böses will – auch negativ auslegen. Sind die Teams in der Hamburger Meile und im Stadtpalais weniger lobenswert? Natürlich nicht!! Oder war das Ballindamm-Team vorher nicht so toll wie heute? Das kann man so auch nicht sagen, damit würde man dem „alten“ Team definitiv Unrecht tun. Aber das Ballindamm-Team befand sich eine Zeit lang in einem Umbruch. Und solch ein Umbruch bringt immer auch etwas Unruhe mit sich. Jetzt ist das Team wieder gefestigt und man spürt eine große Vertrautheit untereinander. Das ist unglaublich wertvoll und das spiegelt auch David´s Erlebnis wieder.
Also ich gehe voll motiviert in den neuen Tag – und ich hoffe Ihr tut dies ebenso! Ich wünsche uns allen einen wunderbaren Freitag und heute Abend einen unbeschwerten Fussballabend beim Spiel HSV gegen den BVB. Ich habe zwar (leider) 3:1 für die schwarz-gelben getippt, aber das Ergebnis ist heute für mich zweitrangig. Viel wichtiger ist der erste große Schritt zurück zur Normalität.
