Und dann… am Freitagabend – kurz vor Feierabend – hatte ich eine so nette Unterhaltung mit unserem Mitarbeiter Niklas Seidel, dass ich mir spontan dachte diese Diskussion noch einmal als Video aufzunehmen 🙂
Zugegeben, der Inhalt des heutigen Blogs hat weder für Kunden noch Kollegen einen Mehrwert. Und natürlich ist es mein Anspruch, dass die meisten Video-Beiträge genau diesen Mehrwert bieten sollen. Aber genau wie unser geschriebener Blog, so soll auch unser Video-Blog sowohl die ganze Bandbreite unseres Unternehmens und unseres Berufslebens widerspiegeln, als auch Simona und meine privaten Gedanken teilen. Und da „man“ ja nicht nur 24 Stunden am Tag 7 Tage die Woche Unternehmer ist, sondern sich privat auch gern einmal mit ganz anderen Dingen und Themen beschäftigt, haben auch immer mal private Dinge ihren Weg in unseren Blog gefunden. Und diese Kultur wollen und werden wir mit dem Video-Blog nicht ändern. Und somit kann es auch zukünftig immer mal wieder passieren, dass auch „solche“ Beiträge den Weg in unseren Video-Blog finden.
