Vor drei Jahren haben wir intern beschlossen, dass für uns „Nachhaltigkeit“ nicht nur ein schönes Wort oder ein gern kommunizierte Wert sein soll, sondern dass wir Nachhaltigkeit wirklich leben wollen! Und wenn man das ernst meint und konsequent umsetzen will, dann bedeutet dies auch, dass man möglichst vielen jungen Menschen unseren wunderbaren Beruf näher bringt! „Ausbildung“ ist daher ein ganz zentrales Thema für „Nicolaisen Intercoiffure Hamburg“.
Am 01. August werden wir neue Auszubildende bei uns begrüßen dürfen. Damit würden wir ab dem 01. August gleich 15 Auszubildenden eine Heimat geben. FÜNFZEHN! So viele Auszubilden gab es noch nie in unserer Unternehmensgeschichte!
In der Branche hört man, dass es immer weniger junge Menschen gibt die unseren Beruf erlernen wollen. Das ist sicherlich richtig. Aber wir glauben auch, dass wenn man sich in seiner Stadt ein gutes Image erarbeitet, und wenn sich herumspricht dass man mit viel Hingabe und Engagement eine tolle Ausbildung bietet, dass es dann auch sehr viele junge Menschen gibt, die sogar ein richtig großes Interesse haben den Friseurberuf zu erlernen! Und das wir über das Glück verfügen, einen wirklich erfüllenden Job ausüben zu dürfen, steht für uns außer Frage!
Die Handwerkskammer hat jetzt ein neues Video veröffentlicht, in dem eine Friseurin über den Friseurberuf spricht. Ich finde diese gut 90 Sekunden äußerst ansprechend! Mein Dank an die Handwerkskammer für diese tolle Aktion!
…. und wenn es jetzt noch da draußen einen jungen Menschen geben sollte, der Lust auf unseren Beruf bekommen hat, der bzw. die sollte sich dann sehr zeitnah bei uns melden. Als wir vor drei Jahren den Beschluss gefasst haben bei der Ausbildung noch mehr Kraft zu investieren, da schrieben wir uns ein irres Ziel an die Wand: 16 Azubis im Jahr 2015. Das klang damals völlig utopisch. Heute sind wir fasst am Ziel! Schreibt uns eine kurze Bewerbung an office@nicolaisen-hamburg.de, oder ruft Salonleiterin Alena Böckmann in unserem Salon am Ballindamm an (Tel.: 040-40185969). Sie koordiniert im Hintergrund alles weitere.
