Wenn ich auf die Jacken in unserer Garderobe schaue, kann ich gar nicht glauben dass in zwei Wochen schon der Monat Juni beginnt. Sollte es jetzt nicht eigentlich deutlich wärmer sein?
Meine Woche startet heute Vormittag mit einem Arztbesuch, anschließend Büro-Ablage und Vorbereitung auf Mittwochabend. Da kommen alle Mitarbeiter zum Frühjahrs-Meeting zusammen, an dem ich kurz zurück und länger nach vorn blicken werde. Was ist für die kommenden Monate geplant? Welche Ziele setzen wir uns und auf welche Veränderungen dürfen wir uns einstellen? Das alles besprechen wir intern und nutzen so die Gelegenheit, gemeinsam am Unternehmen zu arbeiten. Darauf freue ich mich jetzt schon!
Und damit entlasse ich Euch kurz aber herzlich auch schon in die neue Woche. 😉
