Moin Moin, Freunde des knusprigen Fischbrötchens. Meine Zeit bei Nicolaisen in Hamburg neigt sich nun dem Ende zu. Ich habe echt viel erlebt in dieser Zeit. Von einer „Nicht-Abstiegsfeier“, über 33 Grad im Schatten, Besuch der Hafencity und die Faszination von Feinhaarschnitten. Es war so ziemlich alles dabei. Am meisten imponiert haben mich hier die vielen Auszubildenden mit den Ausbildern, und das hier wirklich noch Werte wie z.B. Ehrlichkeit, Vertrauen, Nachhaltigkeit und (unglaublich aber wahr) Berufsehre gelebt werden. Dazu drei unterschiedliche Salons an drei unterschiedlichen Standorten, die aber alle eines gemeinsam haben: Eine hohe Dienstleistungskultur, gepaart mit viel Liebe zum Handwerk und zu den Menschen. Empfand ich beeindruckend!
Den Chef habe ich recht selten gesehen. Ist der überhaupt noch in den Salons? Die Mitarbeiter sagten zwar „ja“, aber gesehen habe ich ihn da so gut wie nie. „Er arbeitet wirklich AM Unternehmen“ erklärte man mir. Hmm… und irgendwie scheint auch keiner so wirklich traurig darüber zu sein, dass man ihn recht selten zu Gesicht bekommt. Also mal ganz ehrlich: So schlimm ist er ja nun auch wieder nicht. Und wenn man mit ihm nicht gerade über Fussball spricht, ist das eigentlich ein ganz umgänglicher Kerl.
Aber klar war auch, dass wenn der Chef nicht da ist, musste ich das Haus rocken und den Kollegen mal zeigen wie ein Stylist-Von-Welt wie ich das Haar zum beben bringen kann! Ein par Fotos habe ich Euch hier angefügt. Die Mädels waren hin und weg und ich konnte so einige Dates verbuchen. Aber ich bin kein Typ für eine Nacht 😉
Hamburg war eine tolle Erfahrung, aber jetzt zieht es mich weiter! Ich habe eine neue Adresse von einer „Friseur-Manufaktur“ erhalten. Klingt ja dramatisch! Das muss ich mir natürlich mal angucken! Wer will kann meine Reise quer durch die Friseurszene in Deutschland und Europa weiter verfolgen, und zwar auf meiner eigenen Homepage und auf meiner Facebook-Seite!
