Heute gibt es eine ganze Menge zu feiern! Schaut Euch diese fünf Helden an! Links oben ist Fee, links unten Kerry. Beide sind im ersten Ausbildungsjahr und haben soeben in ihren Arbeiten eine Schulnote 1 bzw. eine 1+ erhalten! Wundervoll!
Auf der rechten Seite sind Bianca und Kadir zu sehen. Beide sind im zweiten Ausbildungsjahr und haben soeben den ersten Teil ihrer schriftlichen Gesellenprüfung bestanden. Beide ebenfalls mit der Schulnote 1! Wahnsinn!
Und in der Mitte ist Jan. Er überragt heute seine Kolleginnen und seinen Kollegen – und ich bin mir sicher Sie sind ihm dafür nicht böse. Nicht heute. Wieso? Nun, er hat nicht nur ebenfalls den ersten Teil seiner schriftlichen Gesellenprüfung mit einer tollen Schulnote 2 bestanden, ist nicht nur so talentiert dass mich gerade erst gestern wieder seine Ausbilderin bekniet hat dass er schon eigene Kunden bedienen soll …. Nein, heute ist ein besonderer Tag für „unseren Jan“. Er ist am 17. Februar 1998 zur Welt gekommen und feiert heute seinen 18. Geburtstag! Stellvertretend für alle Mitarbeiter aus allen drei Salons wünsche ich auf diesem Weg nur das Beste zu diesem besonderen Geburtstag!
Ich weiß – gerade die Welt der Ausbildung im Friseurberuf befindet sich stark im Wandel. 70% aller jungen Menschen die diesen Beruf wählen, beenden ihre Ausbildung nicht. Erschrecken! Dafür gibt es viele Gründe. Auch wir machen viele Veränderungen in der Ausbildung durch und versuchen dennoch uns immer weiter zu verbessern. Das uns dies nicht immer zu 100% gelingt und man eventuell auch manchmal auf uns schimpft, das müssen wir in Kauf nehmen. Aber genau wie unsere Auszubildenden wollen auch wir am Ende ja alle das gleiche: Nämlich eine bestmögliche Ausbildung und eine tolle Zeit mit all den anderen Kollegen! Wir wollen diesen wunderbaren Beruf mit großer Wertschätzung, Professionalität und Spaß vermitteln. Dafür lohnt der ganze Aufwand! Und solch tolle Ergebnisse unserer Azubis sind dann der Lohn! Für diese Leistungen erhalten alle 5 meinen uneingeschränkten Respekt!
