Heute freuen wir uns über drei volle Anmeldebüchern in unseren Salons. Herzlichen Dank für diesen Zuspruch. Viele unserer Mitarbeiter und Kunden wollen sicherlich heute auch deswegen besonders gut aussehen weil sie später in den Mai tanzen. Einige davon sogar im Atlantic Hotel, wo heute ein großer Ball vom Hamburger Abendblatt ausgerichtet wird und wir dort mit einer wunderschönen „Beauty Lounge“ vertreten sein werden. Fotos und Bericht werden sicherlich Montag folgen.
Auch wenn Simona und ich heute Abend leider nicht persönlich am Ball teilnehmen können, so werden wir dennoch an einem anderen Ort in den 1. Mai feiern – denn der 1. Mai ist für uns immer ein ganz besonderer Tag. Am 1. Mai 1933 hat mein Großvater Max seinen eigenen Salon eröffnet. Wir feiern an diesem Wochenende also „83 Jahre Nicolaisen“. Das ist schon ein tolles Gefühl.
An dieser Stelle nicht nur “Danke” an alle Mitarbeiter die diesen Erfolg ermöglichen, sondern natürlich mein besonderer Dank gilt meinen Eltern Jutta und Uwe, die Anfang der 60er Jahre nach Kanada auswanderten und einige Jahre später dem Ruf von Max folgten, zurück nach Hamburg flogen und den Salon und die Friseurtradition weiter fortführten. Da gäbe es so so viele Geschichten zu erzählen – vielleicht sollte ich darüber mal ein Buch schreiben?
Also feiert alle schön in den 1. Mai – wir werden dann einfach noch ein wenig weiter feiern:-)
