Moin Moin, Freunde der Farrah Fawcett Gedächtnisfrisur. Mir ist ja gestern was passiert. Man, man, man. Der Tag begann eigentlich sehr schön. Ich war im Stadtpalais und bestaunte den Salon mit seinen Kaminen, dem Wintergarten, der Teebar und den Kunstwerken. Wirklich sehr besonders und sehr schön. Und die Stimmung im Team war auch klasse. Es wurde viel gelacht und gescherzt, und das obwohl der Chef ebenfalls vor Ort war. Herr Nicolaisen hat mich dann auch ganz schön rangenommen. Ich durfte fegen, Kaffe servieren, Spiegel putzen und Farbtuben sortieren. Arbeit, die zwar gemacht werden muss, aber mit der ein Spitzencoiffure wie ich eigentlich nicht den ganzen Tag verbringen sollte. Irgendwann war es mir dann auch zu viel.
Am Nachmittag stand ich vorn an der Rezeption und schaute lässig über meine Brille, als da diese scharfe Kundin das Stadtpalais betrat. „Hallo Sonnenschein“ sagte ich mit coolnes in der Stimme. „Lust auf ein Styling von Meisterhand?“ Sie blickte mich etwas irritiert an. „Ich habe einen Termin bei Frau Schwanke„, sagte sie. Ich lächelte und antwortete selbstbewusst: „Tja, heute ist Ihr Glückstag. Heute ist Ihr Termin zu mir herübergeschwankt.“
Ohne eine Antwort abzuwarten führte ich die Kundin ins Kaminzimmer, platzierte sie auf einen Stuhl und begann sofort mit meiner Kunst. Irgendetwas faselte sie noch von „Calligraphy“, „Painting“ und „n-shine“, aber das sagte mir alles nichts. „Wissen Sie, mein Herzblatt“ versuchte ich die Kundin zu beruhigen, „dieser ganze Schnickschnack ist doch für eine Dame von Welt wie Sie nicht von Belang. Ich denke wir sollten heute schon den Trend von morgen setzen! Die 80er kommen zurück! Und ich kann mir eine herrlich kleine Dauerwelle bei Ihnen vorstellen, dazu die Haare oben frech und kurz, und hinten verführerisch lang. Dazu Strähnchen in einem warmen Goldton und zum Schluss ein perfektes Styling mit vielen Rundbürsten und Haarlack. Damit wären sie ganz weit vorn, das schwöre ich Ihnen!“
Als ich gerade so in Redelaune war, wurde übrigens das heutige Foto geschossen. Herrlich, endlich bin ich mal in Aktion zu sehen! Leider jedoch kam kurz darauf Frau Schwanke dazwischen, warf mir einen finsteren Blick zu und lächelte dann die Kundin an. Was sie ihr anschließend sagte konnte ich nicht mehr hören, da mich die beiden Auszubildenden nach unten in den Personalraum trugen wo ich anschließend Handtücher zusammen legen musste. Ungerecht! Das hätte so gut ausgesehen!
Später kam Herr Nicolaisen zu mir uns erklärte das Weiterbildungs- und Schulungskonzept, welches man verfolge um jeden Mitarbeiter besser zu machen. Und das man sich frühzeitig mit Branchentrends auseinandersetzt und so z.B. als erster Friseursalon in Hamburg die Freihand-Farbtechnik einführte, und auch in Hamburg der erste Salon war, in dem der Calligarphy-Cut angewendet wurde. Im letzten Jahr gehörte man zu den ersten Friseuren welche den „American Blow Dry“ Service anboten und in diesen Tagen setzt man sich gerade hinter den Kulissen mit einem neuen Produkt auseinander, welches die Haare beim färben sogar pflegen soll. Er lud mich zum nächsten Training ein und ich solle da einmal mein Fachwissen auffrischen.
Nun ja, etwas beleidigt bin ich ja noch…. aber ich werde sein Angebot annehmen. Denn schließlich zeichnen sich gute Friseure gerade auch darüber aus, dass sie nicht stehen bleiben und sich immer mit Mode und Trends auseinandersetzen. Dann werde ich das wohl auch mal machen. Und am Wochenende blättere ich die ganzen Modemagazine durch! Irgendwo stand doch da etwas vom 80er Revival. Ich muss das finden….
