Genau heute vor 9 Jahren begann ein Abenteuer. Ein neuer Lebensabschnitt. Ein Schritt der sehr viel Risiko beinhaltete. An schlafen war in der Nacht zuvor nicht zu denken. Ich wusste mit diesem Tag wird sich mein Berufsleben – und somit auch mein komplettes Leben – verändern. Blicke ich nun auf die letzten 9 Jahre zurück, dann sehe ich viel mehr Licht als Schatten. Im Volksmund würde man wohl sagen „es ist gut gegangen“, wobei das natürlich nur die halbe Wahrheit wäre. In Wirklichkeit gab es zwar einen Anfang, aber es gibt kein Ende. Zumindest (glücklicherweise) noch nicht. Und keiner kann in die Zukunft schauen und sehen was kommt…
Heute vor 9 Jahren starteten wir das Abenteuer „Ballindamm“. Der Salon befand sich an dem Tag zwar noch mehr oder weniger im Rohbau, aber von früh bis spät sorgten unzählige Handwerker dafür, dass die Europa-Passage rechtzeitig zum 05. Oktober 2006 fertiggestellt wurde. Unser Salon war heute vor 9 Jahren kaum betretbar, von Friseur-Saloneinrichtung waren wir noch weit entfernt. Aber wir starteten dennoch bereits am 17. September 2006 unsere Erfolgsgeschichte mit unserem Salon im Herzen Hamburgs. Ab diesem Tag waren wir für für mehrere Tage zu Gast im Hamburger Wella-Studio. Wir trainierten zusammen viele Farb- und Schnitttechniken, damit wir dann am Eröffnungstag gemeinsam mit „einer Handschrift“ vor die Kunden treten konnten. Eine Technik die damals revolutionär neu war und bis heute besonders am Ballindamm hoch beliebt ist, ist „Painting“. Eine „Freihand-Farbtechnik“, die innerhalb der letzten 9 Jahre immer weiter verbessert und verfeinert wurde. Über 70% aller unserer Farbkunden am Ballindamm wünschen sich auch 2015 diese Technik.
Das Team in unserem „Stammhaus Hamburger Meile“ (und bis dahin ja unserem einzigen Salon) wurde damals nicht aufgeteilt. Alle Mitarbeiter blieben dort. Bis auf Denise G. Sie übernahm die Verantwortung am Ballindamm und unterstütze mich in dieser so spannenden Phase als „Ballindamm Salonleiterin“. Die weitere Ballindamm-Crew bestand ansonsten aus neuen, hoch motivierten Friseuren und Friseurmeistern! Ich glaube keiner von ihnen kam aus Hamburg. Alle zogen wegen „Nicolaisen“ in unsere Stadt. Alle vertrauten der Vision von einem Friseursalon mit freiem Blick auf die wunderschöne Alster und starteten ihr Hamburger Berufsleben ebenfalls an diesem Tag. 17. September 2006
Von der ersten Sekunde bis heute an meiner Seite: Die unglaubliche Tina Schwanke! Aus Stockstadt kommend, wurde Sie nicht nur zuerst ein Teil des Teams, ca. ein Jahr später Salonleiterin am Ballindamm und seit Januar 2014 Salonleiterin unseres Stadtpalais. Tina verliebte sich auch in die Stadt Hamburg, fand hier ihre große Liebe und wurde auch Teil unseres Lebens. Sie ist nicht einfach nur eine „Salonleiterin“, sie ist darüber hinaus auch eine echte Freundin geworden. Und nicht zu vergessen, das Zweit-Frauchen für Yankee!
Da sich diese Woche unbeabsichtigt ja nun in eine „Personen-Blog-FB-Woche“ entwickelt hat, möchte ich daher meinen heutigen Beitrag Tina widmen. @Tina: Du bist eine Bereicherung für Simona und mein Leben, welches weit über das Berufsleben hinaus geht! Ich denke ich schreibe sicherlich auch in Simona´s und Syringa´s Namen: Herzlichen Dank für das Vertrauen welches Du uns vor 9 Jahren geschenkt hast und das „Abenteuer Hamburg-Nicolaisen“ eingegangen bist! Ich denke wir haben es alle nicht bereut.
