Ich frage mich ob ich das was ich heute schreiben möchte, wirklich schreiben kann. Vielleicht wirkt das auf einige Leser irgendwie doof.. Aber dann erinnerte ich mich daran, dass Simona und ich uns vom ersten Tag an vorgenommen haben im Blog und bei Facebook nicht nach Like´s zu hächeln und uns möglichst wenig verbiegen lassen. Und ein Blog ist doch nur dann authentisch wenn man schreibt was einen wirklich bewegt… also tue ich das. Auch heute früh. Kurz und knapp.
Ich möchte mich heute einmal ganz herzlich für den Einsatz aller Mitarbeiter in diesen Tagen bei uns in den Salons bedanken. Egal ob Azubi, Friseur oder Rezeption. Jeder hat seine Funktion, jeder ist wichtig. Das ist mir (uns) gestern wieder klar geworden, als ich zusammen mit den Salonleitern bis 23:30 Uhr zusammen saß und wir uns bei einer Portion Pasta einfach mal eine Auszeit nahmen und über Gott und die Welt quatschten. Wobei – am Ende sprachen wir dann doch meistens über viele Alltagssituationen in den Salons. Da wurde uns allen wieder bewusst, dass wir auf der einen Seite zwar ein tolles Unternehmen sind, aber auf der anderen Seite noch viele kleine und größere Baustellen haben. Bei uns ist auch nicht alles perfekt. Oh nein, wir haben so einige Aufgaben zu lösen.
Solch ein Gespräch war wichtig und tat richtig gut. Zeigt es doch, dass es sich lohnt gemeinsam an kleinen und großen Schrauben zu drehen. Und es zeigte mir ebenfalls, dass jeder im Unternehmen wichtig ist. Jeder! Und ich erlebe die Salons in diesen Tagen richtig toll besucht. Das ist auf der einen Seite eine große Freude, auf der anderen Seite auch eine große Herausforderung. Da muss vor und hinter den Kulissen alles bestmöglich funktionieren. Und das wir das in diesen Tagen alle gemeinsam wirklich sehr gut meistern, finde ich bewundernswert. Und hierfür möchte ich mich einfach mal bei allen bedanken. DANKE.
Und auch ein herzliches DANKE an die „Führungscrew“, die gestern genau wie ich einen 16 Stunden Tag hingelegt haben, und dennoch auch noch kurz vor Mitternacht konstruktiv und leidenschaftlich diskutierten und sich jeder für „seinen Salon“ und „sein Team“ eingesetzt hat. Das war wirklich großartig!
Bei allen Baustellen – denen ich mir durchaus bewusst bin – bin ich mir sicher das wir ein tolles Unternehmen und Umfeld geschaffen haben. Ein gutes Gefühl. DANKE.
