Ja ich weiß, dies ist ein Blog eines Friseurunternehmens. Da sollte es um Haare gehen. Um Beauty. Um Schönheit. Um internationale Trends. Das mag alles richtig sein. Aber in erster Linie ist dies nicht der Blog eines Unternehmens, sondern zweier Unternehmer, nämlich von meiner Frau und von mir. Und da es neben dem Berufs- auch noch ein Privatleben gibt, haben wir bereits beim Start des Blogs 2012 beschlossen immer mal wieder auch über letzteres zu berichten. Und heute kann ich nicht anders. Heute muss ich (mal wieder) über meinen HSV schreiben.
Ich war am Samstagabend im Stadion und habe mir die größtenteils kampflose Vorstellung meiner Herzensmannschaft gegen Wolfsburg live angesehen. Die Niederlage geht zu 100% in Ordnung und wir hatten sogar Glück, dass der VfL nicht druckvoller spielte. Aber das musste er auch nicht, denn von uns kam nichts. Noch nicht einmal ein einziger Torschuss! Spielerisch war die Leistung des HSV schon die ganze Saison unterdurchschnittlich. Aber das, was sie unter dem neuen „Trainer“ Peter Knäbel zeigt, ist an Erbärmlichkeit nicht mehr zu überbieten. Nicht ein einziger Torschuss in den letzten beiden Spielen! Wenn ich die Statistik richtig erinnere, dann haben wir jetzt bereits in den letzten fünf Spielen nicht mehr getroffen. Nur 16 Tore in 28 Spielen. Es ist nur noch zum davonlaufen.
Schaut man sich die Spieler an, dann sollte auf dem Platz eigentlich viel mehr gehen. Viele Spieler sind Nationalspieler. Sie haben bereits gezeigt, dass sie überdurchschnittliche Kicker sind. Aber sobald das HSV Trikot angezogen ist, scheint nichts mehr zu gehen. Woran liegt das? Letzte Saison war für viele von uns die Antwort klar. Schuld war die ahnungslose Führung und die jahrelangen Querelen innerhalb des Vereins. Dann kam im Mai die legendäre Mitgliederversammlung mit der Zustimmung der Ausgliederung im Sinne von „HSV Plus“, einer Initiative die dem HSV wieder deutlich mehr Kompetenz und Strukturen versprach. HSV Plus gewann, die Ausgliederung wurde beschlossen und zunächst sah es so aus, als ob alles in die richtige Richtung gehen würde. Mit Dietmar Beiersdorfer, Peter Knäbel und Bernhard Peters kam unglaublich viel Fussballkompetenz in den Verein. Man dachte, dass der HSV sich jetzt Jahr für Jahr stabilisieren und verbessern würde. Ein Trugschluss.
Jetzt, nach 28 Spieltagen bin ich mir sicher, dass der HSV erstmalig abstiegen wird. Und womit? Mit recht! Die Grundidee von HSV Plus halte ich weiterhin für richtig. Doch sie wurde nicht umgesetzt!! Man wollte mit Professionalität, Ruhe und größtmöglicher Demut durch die neue Saison gehen. Was ist daraus geworden? Man entließ nach dem 3. Spieltag zum ersten mal den Trainer. Ruhe? Demut? Professionalität? Eine Farce! Man wollte auf junge, schnelle Spieler setzen die in den nächsten 3-4 Jahren das Gesicht des „neuen HSV“ repräsentieren sollten. Eine sehr gute Idee, nur umgesetzt wurde es nicht! Man verlieh Talente wie Tah oder Derimby, behielt langsame, „verbrauchte“ Spieler wie Westermann oder van der Vaart. Man wollte nur noch Spieler mit hohem Potenzial und Perspektive zum HSV lotsen, und verpflichtete alte bzw. verletzte Spieler wie Behrami, Diaz und Olic. Man wollte Ruhe um Mannschaft und Verein schaffen, aber plaudert dennoch fast täglich in jedes hingehaltene Mikrofon. Auch die Idee zu nur noch sehr begrenzten Zeiten öffentliche Trainings durchzuführen wurde nie umgesetzt. Immer noch berichten die Hamburger Medien (allen voran das Hamburger Abendblatt) über alle Trainingseinheiten. Jeden Tag! Gut 24 Stunden vor dem nächsten Spiel steht bereits die Mannschaftsaufstellung im Internet. Die Gegner werden sich freuen…
Nein, nein, nein. Der erste Abstieg der Vereinsgeschichte hat nichts mit HSV Plus zu tun. Er hat damit zu tun, dass zwar neue Personen an den Reglern der Macht sitzen, man aber die Grundidee von HSV Plus schlicht und einfach ignorierte und somit völlig anders agierte, als sich dies die Mitglieder gewünscht und erwartet haben. Kein Wunder, dass es jetzt keinen wirklichen Zusammenschluss zwischen Mannschaft und Fans, zwischen Verein und Stadt gibt. Und ohne Zusammenhalt ist der Klassenerhalt nicht zu schaffen! Und das es diesen nicht gibt, haben sich Herr Beiersdorfer & Co selbst zu zuschreiben. Der größte Wahnsinn dabei ist die Berufung Peter Knäbels als Interimscoach! Ein Mann der 1999 in der 3. Schweizer Liga mal Spielertrainer war – und ansonsten auf der Trainerposition 0,0 Erfahrung hat – der soll jetzt den HSV in der schwierigsten Situation der Vereinsgeschichte retten? Ein Witz!! Ein echter Witz!! Wenn der alte Vorstand auf solch eine Idee gekommen wäre, hätte in Hamburg der Baum gebrannt. Jetzt wo „Didi“ das verantwortet, bleibt nur noch Ratlosigkeit.
Gibt es noch eine Rettung? Nun, es sind noch 18 Punkte zu vergeben. Theoretisch ist noch alles möglich. Aber unser Team spielt mit Abstand den schlechtesten, langsamsten und ungefährlichsten Fussball der Bundesliga. Ein Abstieg wäre absolut verdient. Punkt. Falls das Wunder in dieser Woche eintreffen sollte und überraschend Thomas Tuchel übernehmen sollte, liegt hier noch eine Minimal-Chance, schließlich hat er bewiesen dass er hart durchgreifen und unpopuläre Entscheidungen treffen kann. Und er kann einer Mannschaft Sicherheit und Struktur geben. Natürlich hätte auch er nur noch sehr begrenzte Chancen den Trend noch einmal zugunsten des HSV zu drehen. Die Zeit ist extrem kurz. Vielleicht auch schon zu kurz. Aber es wäre immerhin eine kleine Chance. Und falls er es nicht packt, dann würde er die Mannschaft schon durch diese letzten sechs Spiele kennen lernen und den Kader somit gleich für die nächste (2. Liga) Saison bestmöglich zusammen stellen können. Auf lange Sicht wäre das für den HSV sicherlich die beste Wahl. Ich glaube im übrigen auch, dass ein Thomas Tuchel eine realistische Chance hätte den Trainerposten beim HSV endlich mal wieder für 3-4 Jahre zu besetzen. Wieso, weshalb, warum können wir gern einmal im Salon diskutieren. Hier im Blog ist dafür jetzt nicht auch noch Platz. Außerdem braucht man darüber eigentlich auch gar nicht diskutieren, denn ich glaube nicht das Thomas Tuchel zum HSV kommt. Weder jetzt noch nächste Saison. Warum sollte er auch? Geld ist auch nicht alles! Und Geld hätten wir im Falle eines Anstieges eh nicht…
Also zurück zur Frage: Gibt es noch eine Rettung? Bleibt es beim „Trainer Knäbel“ sage ich: NEIN! CHANCENLOS! Der HSV ist im April 2015 auf seinem absoluten Tiefpunkt seiner bewegten und langjährigen Vereinsgeschichte angekommen. Das als Fan und Mitglied miterleben zu müssen tut weh und macht traurig. Aber ich gebe auch zu, dass es mir in dieser Saison auch ein Stück weit egal ist. Zu viele Fehler wurden gemacht. Zu schlecht ist die Führung. Zu arrogant haben sich die neuen Verantwortlichen über die Wünsche und Erwartungen der Mitglieder hinweg gesetzt. Und dabei waren wir es, die Mitglieder, die die Herrn Beiersdorfer, Knäbel, Peters & Co erst ermöglichten beim HSV hoch dotierte Posten übernehmen zu können. Wenn es nicht so traurig wäre, könnte man darüber lachen.
So, ich habe fertig. Beruflich bin ich heute und morgen in Düsseldorf. Gerhard Meir schwingt heute wieder die Schere am Ballindamm. Und morgen wird Simona den Blog weiterführen, jedoch exklusiv nur auf Facebook. Ich werde mich dann wieder Mittwoch zu Wort melden. Ich wünsche uns allen einen guten Start in die neue Woche.
