Letzte Woche war es mir eine große Freude, gemeinsam mit Syringa Helweg (ganz links), unsere neuen Auszubildenden begrüßen zu dürfen. Eine Nachzüglerin startet noch am 01. September, dann sind wir vollzählig. Die Stimmung am ersten Tag war phänomenal. Bei allen vieren spürte man die pure Vorfreude auf das was vor einem liegt. Die Salonteams freuten ich ebenfalls über Verstärkung – und jetzt nach einer guten Woche hat man sich schon ganz gut eingespielt.
In den ersten Tagen kam einiges auf unsere neuen Auszubildenden zu. Es wurde viel gesprochen, viel trainiert und erste Erfahrung mit dem Arbeits-Alltag gemacht. Das sind viele Eindrücke. Ein ganz anderer Tagesablauf als gewohnt. Das mag motivieren oder irritieren – es ist auf jeden Fall „anders“. Und in dieser Zeit lernt man auch viel über sich und geht den „nächsten Schritt“. Eine spannende Zeit, in der ich unseren neuen Familien-Mitgliedern nur das Beste wünsche.
