Moin moin liebe Freunde der runden Marzipankartopffel, meine Aufgabe besteht ja darin quer durch Deutschland zu reisen und Friseure zu besuchen und zu beobachten, die einfach Vollgas für diesen tollen Beruf geben! In dieser Woche hat es mich nach Hamburg verschlagen, genauer gesagt zu „Nicolaisen Intercoiffure Hamburg“, und die machen mich so langsam fix und fertig!
Da wäre zunächst diese Liebe zur Heimatstadt der ich am Anfang recht skeptisch gegenüber stand, jedoch von Tag zu Tag mehr verstehe. Hamburg ist echt ne Perle! Dann freue ich mich natürlich darüber dass ich so freundlich und herzlich aufgenommen wurde. Mir wurden sogar schon echte Starfriseure vorgestellt. Und gestern Nachmittag war ich mit den Friseurstars von morgen zusammen! Gestern durfte ich beim „Trainingsdienstag“ der Nicolaisen Azubis dabei sein. Und was ich da sah und erlebte, war wirklich grandios!
12 junge Menschen werden aktuell von „Nicolaisen“ ausgebildet! ZWÖLF! Und wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, sollen im Sommer noch vier neue Azubis dazu kommen und von den jetzigen Azubis verlässt keiner das Unternehmen. Sprich ab August hätte das Unternehmen dann 16 (!) Auszubildende! Das ist ja der absolute Wahnsinn, besonders wenn man bedenkt dass immer weniger Friseursalons ausbilden. Wenn die Zahl stimmt die ich gestern recherchiert habe, bilden nur noch ca. 20% der Hamburger Friseursalons aus. Wieso also geht „Nicolaisen“ da einen völlig anderen Weg? Ich fragte das gestern eine der beiden Ausbilderinnen, Syringa Helweg. Sie antwortete mir zunächst nur mit einem Wort: „Nachhaltigkeit!“ Ich blickte sie erstaunt an. Dann sagte sie: „Wir bei Nicolaisen fühlen uns unserer Branche verpflichtet, Werte und Berufsehre auch der neuen Generation näher zu bringen. Natürlich kostet das unglaublich viel Geld, Zeit und Kraft, aber man bekommt auch viel zurück! Und so ganz uneigennützig ist das auch nicht, denn in den letzten Jahren wurden auch immer wieder Azubis als Gesellen übernommen und bilden heute einen ganz wichtigen Bestandteil in den Salonteams! Uns bringt das unglaublich viel Spaß!“
Klang gut, aber ich rief anschließend Lars Nicolaisen an und wollte auch von ihm hören was ihn dazu bewegt solch vielen jungen Menschen die Türen zu öffnen. Sind das am Ende nicht doch nur billige Arbeitskräfte? Er lacht. „Hairmann, was heißt denn „billig“? Wir zahlen neben der Ausbildungsvergütung auch alle weiteren Kosten wie z.B. Steuern, Versicherungen, „überbetriebliche Ausbildung“. Ganz zu schweigen von den Kosten für die Ausbilder und dem Umsatzausfall welchen wir jede Woche an einem der teuersten Standorte Hamburgs in Kauf nehmen! Jeder Azubi kostet dem Unternehmen jeden Monat eine vierstellige (!) Summe! Bei der Vielzahl an Azubis kann also von „billigen Arbeitskräften“ gar keine Rede sein! Außerdem leben wir bei uns in den Salons eine Assistenz-Kultur. Das bedeutet, dass Azubis recht zeitnah komplexe Dienstleistungen erlernen, die sie hoch professionell bei Kunden anwenden können. Jedoch nicht bei „eigenen Kunden“, sondern immer als Assistenz für einen Friseur. Die letzte Kontrolle und Verantwortung bleibt so immer bei den erfahrenden Profis. Das hat aus unserer Sicht nur Vorteile und ist eine absolute WIN-WIN-WIN Situation: Der Azubi gewinnt, weil er diesen komplexen Beruf Schritt für Schritt erlernt und am Ende viele anspruchsvolle Dienstleistungen direkt am Kunden ausüben kann. Der Friseur gewinnt, weil ihm Arbeit abgenommen wird und man sich somit noch intensiver und individueller mit den Kunden beschäftigen kann. Und der Kunde gewinnt, weil er die Sicherheit hat, dass nur bestgeschulte Mitarbeiter an seinen Kopf kommen!“
Okay, habe ich verstanden. Ausbildung wird hier also tatsächlich richtig groß geschrieben und nimmt einen großen Platz ein! Das finde ich natürlich vorbildlich! Und die Tatsache dass in den letzten Jahren immer mal wieder Azubis von der Hamburger Handwerkskammer als „Jahrgangsbeste“ ausgezeichnet wurden, zeigt dass das System funktioniert. Und es zeigt auch, dass die Auszubildenden bei „Nicolaisen“ wirklich bis in die Haarspitzen motiviert sind. Eine von ihnen ist „Nou“, die mir gestern beim Foto so sehr den Rücken gekrault hat, dass ich kurz eingenickt bin. Und natürlich exakt dann wurde auf den Auslöser gedrückt…
Zum Abschluss noch eine Quizfrage: Ich schrieb Euch ja, dass bei „Nicolaisen“ aktuell 12 Auszubildende arbeiten. Auf dem Foto sind aber nur 11 Personen zu sehen. Okay, einige fehlen halt mal in solch einem großen Team,. Das ist ja normal. Aber das meine ich gar nicht. 2 von den 11 auf dem Foto sind keine Azubis sondern die Ausbilder! Könnt Ihr sie erkennen?
