Jeden Dienstag ab 16:00 Uhr finden bei uns intensive Ausbildungsstunden statt. Unsere Ausbildung haben wir in fünf Module unterteilt und für die beiden Ausbilder Syringa Helweg und Romina Blum ist es schon eine Herkulesaufgabe, allen Azubis und Modulen gerecht zu werden. Unsere Auszubildenden machen es den beiden zum Glück sehr leicht, denn alle ziehen voll mit und zeigen uns deutlich dass sie auch „wollen“! Und so hatten sich die Ausbilder für den gestrigen Dienstag etwas ganz besonderes einfallen lassen. Gestern wurde nicht wie sonst nach unserem Modul-System trainiert und Modelle bedient. Gestern wurden die Auszubildenden mit einem Workshop der besonderen Art überrascht.
Alle 12 Auszubildende wurden in drei Gruppen aufgeteilt. Jede Gruppe musste sich mit sehr anspruchsvollen Themen auseinander setzen. Es ging nicht nur um „Haarfarbe“, sondern auch um Inhaltsstoffe und Wirkungsweisen. Es ging um Ergebnisse und Nachbehandlungen. Es ging um Haarstrukturen und individuelle Lösungswege. Alle Aufgaben mussten erarbeitet, dokumentiert und am Ende allen Teilnehmern präsentiert werden. Die Gruppen mussten sich unter einander selbst organisieren und Hand in Hand vertrauensvoll zusammen arbeiten, um den strengen Zeitrahmen einhalten zu können. Am Ende waren zwar so einige fix und fertig, jedoch alle haben den Workshop erfolgreich abgeschlossen! Es war ein anspruchsvoller Tag, an dem neben vielen fachlich wertvollen Themen auch die Zusammenarbeit untereinander im Vordergrund stand. Und das dies am Ende wirklich so positiv ausging, ist natürlich total schön. Das war sicherlich nicht nur für die Azubis motivierend, sondern auch für die Ausbilder und für uns als Unternehmen! Wir haben da zur Zeit wirklich ziemlich coole Azubi-Teams in allen drei Salons!
Und am 01. August 2015 werden wir weiter wachsen! Drei neue Ausbildungsverträge sind bereits unterschrieben. Ein freier Platz ist noch zu vergeben. Wir freuen uns, dass wir anscheinend für junge Menschen eine so attraktive Adresse sind, sind uns auch der „Verantwortung Ausbildung“ durchaus bewusst und freuen uns in diesem Bereich über die tolle Entwicklung in den letzten Jahren! So einige aktuelle Leistungsträger in unseren Salons haben ja bereits bei uns gelernt. Somit verstehen wir Ausbildung auch als Investition in die eigene Zukunft. Und wenn das dann auch von den Auszubildenden so angenommen wird, dann entsteht auch auf beiden Seiten eine hohe Motivation! Und über diese Entwicklung bin ich sehr glücklich!
