Es ist nun heute endlich auch mal an der Zeit ein neues Team-Mitglied vorzustellen. Wenke Heiken unterstützt das Ballindamm-Team seit Oktober diesen Jahres.
Im August 2008 startete Frau Heiken mit dem „Abenteuer Friseur“ in der hoch angesehenen Akademie der Friseure „Meininghaus“. Das war wirklich ein Abenteuer, denn sie stammt von der wunderschönen Insel Juist. „Meininghaus“ ist in Bamberg beheimatet. Viel weiter weg von zu Hause geht also kaum. Aber nach anfänglichem Heimweh meisterte sie ihre Zeit in Bayern. Und wie! Nach der Ausbildung 2011 folgte sogleich der Meisterkurs bei „Meininghaus“. Und dann? Dann arbeitete Wenke Heiken in der „Meininghaus Akademie“ als Lehrerin! Sie hat Familie Meinghaus und das Lehrerkollegium schon während der Ausbildung so sehr überzeugt, dass man sie gar nicht mehr gehen lassen wollte. Was für eine tolle Auszeichnung!
Und diese Zeit als „Lehrerin der Fachpraxis“ war intensiv. Sie gab Seminare in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Sie wurde „Master of Color“ bei Wella, lehrte bei Serge Moreau das Thema „Proportion Farbe- und Stilberatung“ und wurde „Calligraphy-Trainer“ (Feinhaarspezialistin). Sie war nicht nur auf vielen Bühnen bei verschiedenen Friseurmessen aktiv, sondern hat auch für Guido Maria Kretschmer auf einer seiner Modenschows in München frisiert. Frau Heiken ist unglaublich talentiert und besitzt so unendlich viel Power – und bleibt dabei dennoch immer ruhig, freundlich, zuvorkommend und hebt absolut nie ab. Eine absolut vorbildliche „Dienstleistern“ im besten Sinne. Sie ist geerdet und bodenständig. Das sind sicherlich die nordischen Gene 😉
Trotz diesen sensationellen, beruflichen Erfolges in jungen Jahren, brodelte in ihr jedoch noch ein ganz anderer Wunsch: Die Welt sehen und bereisen. Und so beendete sie vor gut einem Jahr ihre Aktivität bei „Meininghaus“ und startete Anfang 2015 eine spannende Weltreise. Sie tauchte in andere Kulturen ein, erlebte andere Lebensweisen und ließ sich über die Kontinente treiben. Diese Reise dauerte über ein halbes Jahr. Zurück in Deutschland stellte sie fest, dass ihre Begeisterung für unseren Beruf nicht um 1% abgeklungen ist. Sie wollte wieder voll als Friseurmeisterin durchstarten. Nur wo? Ihre Wahl fiel auf Hamburg. Eine neue Herausforderung. Abenteuer Großstadt! Ihre Bewerbung fand den Weg in unser Büro… und was dann kam, kann man sich vorstellen. Frau Heiken kam, sah und siegte. Die Salonteams wollten sie unbedingt behalten. Das Ballindamm-Team gewann den internen Wettbewerb 😉
Tja, und so ist Frau Heiken nun mit Blick auf Alster und Jungfernstieg bei uns aktiv. Sie baut sich aktuell ihren Kundenstamm auf, und Woche für Woche steigt ihr Bekanntheitsgrad und somit auch die Nachfrage. Das Kundenfeedback ist wirklich phänomenal. Sie kann wirklich (fast) alles, ist unglaublich talentiert, hat ein großartiges Gefühl für Formen und Proportionen, und hat eine besondere Hand für lange Haare. Ihre Steckfrisuren sind einfach der „Wahnsinn“. Bei der „Goldenen Bild der Frau Gala“ hat Frau Heiken absolute Traumfrisuren gesteckt, und selbst die „Promis“ haben sich vor dem Gang auf den roten Teppich noch einmal Frau Heiken anvertraut. Da war Frau Heiken noch nicht einmal einen Monat bei uns! Ich habe diesen Anblick genossen.
Egal ob eine hoch repräsentative, zentrale Lage in einem der beliebtesten Einkaufszentren Norddeutschlands, egal ob Traumblick auf Alster und Jungfernstieg, egal ob Kaminzimmer und Wintergarten… Am Ende sind immer die Menschen entscheidend, die in unseren Salons arbeiten. Je besser jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter ist und jeder seine Rolle in unserem Unternehmen annimmt, desto erfolgreicher sind wir als gesamtes Team. Und Wenke Heiken ist ein weiterer Beweis dafür, dass wir richtig toll unterwegs sind. Ich bin glücklich, dass solch talentierte und hoch motivierte Friseure unser Unternehmen als Arbeitsplatz aussuchen. Gemeinsam sind wir stark!
