Wer unseren Blog aufmerksam verfolgt, der hat sicherlich schon lange bemerkt, dass ich politische Themen bewusst immer ausklammere. Ich denke dafür ist ein Blog eines Friseurunternehmens nun auch wirklich nicht die richtige Plattform. Das ist auch der Grund, warum ich hier im Blog noch kein Wort zur Flüchtlingssituation in Deutschland geschrieben habe. Ist auch richtig so, aber heute mache ich mal eine Ausnahme.
Ich fand gestern einen langen Leserbrief eines Polizisten, der mich beeindruckt hat. Der Beamte öffnet darin sein Herz und hat einmal seine ganz persönliche Gedanken zur aktuellen Asylproblematik geschildert. Ich empfinde die Zeilen unglaublich authentisch, da man spürt das diese Zeilen von jemandem kommen, der ganz genau weiß, wovon er redet, denn er erlebt dies alles hautnah, jeden Tag…
Wie man diese Gedanken am Ende am besten einordnen sollte, überlasse ich jedem selbst. Ich persönliche würde sogar einigen Gedanken widersprechen und sehe das etwas anders. Aber darum geht´s mir heute nicht. Sich allein mit den Gedanken dieses Polizisten einmal auseinander zu setzen, ist sicherlich wertvoll genug. Auf geht´s:
Ein paar Gedanken zur Asylproblematik:
Ich möchte vorab zum Verständnis erwähnen, dass ich Polizeibeamter einer großen Polizeidienststelle in München bin und daher sehr intensive berufliche Einblicke in die aktuelle Asylproblematik gewinnen durfte.
Grundsätzlich bin ich der Meinung, dass wir – völlig unabhängig von unserer Geschichte – die menschliche Pflicht haben, Flüchtlinge aufzunehmen.
Das Problem / die Probleme bei uns sind m. E. zu einem großen Teil selbst verschuldet. Das Asylwesen hier in Deutschland gehört komplett reformiert:
1.)
Asylbewerber müssen dezentral untergebracht werden.
Wenn die Flüchtlinge den ganzen Tag in teils menschenunwürdigen Großaufnahmeeinrichtungen aufeinander sitzen, kann Integration nicht funktionieren, weil der Kontakt zu uns Deutschen fehlt. Es müssen kleine Aufnahmeeinrichtungen geschaffen werden, die über das gesamte Bundesgebiet verteilt sind, so dass keine „Ghettobildung“ entsteht.
2.)
Asylbewerbern müssen zügig Sprachkurse erhalten, denn die deutsche Sprache ist der Schlüssel zur Integration. Nur wer sich mit uns Deutschen verständigen kann, kann sich auch integrieren.
3.)
Asylbewerbern muss schneller Zugang zum Arbeitsmarkt ermöglicht werden. Wer in Deutschland arbeitet, hat automatisch Kontakt zu anderen Menschen hier in Deutschland. Um mit denen zu kommunizieren, muss die Sprache erlernt werden.
Außerdem können diese Menschen Geld verdienen und so für ihren eigenen Lebensunterhalt aufkommen – sie liegen dem Staat also nicht mehr auf der Tasche und gewinnen auch Selbstachtung und eine Perspektive zurück.
Die Asylbewerber müssten dann auch nicht mehr in irgendwelchen Sammelunterkünften leben, sondern könnten in eigenen, selbstfinanzierten Wohnungen leben.
Sie würden auch nicht den ganzen Tag sinnlos die Zeit totschlagen müssen – wer keine berufliche Perspektive hat, keine Möglichkeit, seine schlimme Situation (und die Situation in den Aufnahmeeinrichtungen ist schlimm – das weiß ich aus eigener Erfahrung) auf legalem Weg zu verbessern, der muss irgendwann auf die Idee kommen, sich und vielleicht seiner Familie, seinen Kindern auf andere Weise zu mehr Lebensqualität zu verhelfen.
Das bedeutet dann auf kriminelle Art und Weise.
Der Zugang zum Arbeitsmarkt wird derzeit i. d. R. erst nach mehreren Monaten, teils Jahren gewährt und ist aber meiner Meinung nach essentiell wichtig für die Integration, vielleicht sogar die wichtigste Voraussetzung.
4.)
Ein trauriger Punkt… Das Thema Wirtschaftsflüchtlinge.
Ich finde, das Wort „Wirtschaftsflüchtlinge“ ist eine Verharmlosung sondergleichen.
Das sind Menschen, die aus ihrer Heimat flüchten, weil sie dort nicht wissen, wie sie sich, ihre Familien, ihre Kinder am nächsten Tag ernähren sollen. Wenn ich meine zwei Kinder nicht ernähren könnte, würde ich auch alles menschenmögliche tun, um sie durchzubringen. Selbst wenn das bedeutet, in eine anderes, fremdes Land zu gehen. Und wenn, dann suche ich mir das Land aus, das die besten Chancen bietet. Im europäischen Raum ist das nun mal Deutschland.
Diese Leute kämpfen genauso um ihr Überleben, wie Menschen aus Kriegsgebieten, nur auf andere Weise. Deshalb sind wir auch ihnen als reiches Land rein menschlich gesehen verpflichtet, zu helfen.
Leider gibt das die momentane Gesetzgebung nicht her. Trotzdem kommen tausende dieser „Wirtschaftsflüchtlinge“ in der Hoffnung auf ein Leben mit Perspektive nach Deutschland.
Die Unterkünfte sind aber jetzt schon hoffnungslos überfüllt. Und bald kommt der Winter – es wird nicht möglich sein, alle mit den aktuell verfügbaren Kapazitäten der staatlichen Stellen und Hilfsorganisationen zu versorgen. Wir sind jetzt schon an unsere Grenzen gekommen – in personeller und materieller Hinsicht.
Mittlerweile werden ehemalige Polizeibeamte aus der Pension geholt, damit sie bei der Registrierung helfen können. Es gibt zu wenige Betten, zu wenig Nahrung, zu wenig Kleidung usw… Es gibt momentan kurzfristig einfach zu wenig von allem. Langfristig und wenn sich die Politik mal dazu durchringen würde, das nötige Geld dafür in die Hand zu nehmen, wäre da viel mehr möglich.
Die einzig mögliche Konsequenz, JETZT, solange die Gesetzgebung da nicht reformiert wird ist, dass die „Wirtschaftsflüchtlinge“, die sowieso keine Chance auf Asyl haben, wieder abgeschoben werden – so traurig ich das persönlich finde – um denjenigen, die tatsächlich eine Chance auf Asyl haben, Platz und Ressourcen zu schaffen.
Wenn wir das nicht tun, bedeutet das, dass z. B. syrische Kriegsflüchtlinge nicht aufgenommen werden können, obwohl rechtlich die Möglichkeit dazu bestünde, weil dort andere – natürlich ebenso bedürftige – Menschen sitzen, die keine Aussicht auf Asyl haben.
Damit haben dann beide Gruppen verloren… Lieber all denjenigen helfen, bei denen es die Gesetzeslage hergibt, als niemandem zu helfen, weil man sich übernimmt.
Ich finde die von mir vorgeschlagene Lösung bezüglich der „Wirtschaftsflüchtlinge“ zwar selbst mehr als unbefriedigend, aber ich sehe keinen anderen Weg. Wäre schön, wenn jemand da eine bessere Idee findet…
5.)
Kriminelle Asylbewerber konsequent abschieben.
Ich rede hier nicht von ein- oder zweimal aus der Not heraus stehlen. Das können trotzdem anständige Menschen sein.
Ich hatte mal einen Ladendieb, der mit seiner schwangeren Frau aus – ich glaube – dem Irak geflüchtet war. Sie waren in einer dieser überfüllten Aufnahmeeinrichtungen und hatten nichts, außer ein paar Lebensmitteln und den Kleidern, die sie am Leib trugen. Und der hat dann ein paar warme Jacken gestohlen, damit er und seine Frau sich wärmen können. Das war kein Krimineller, sondern ein Mensch, der fast alles verloren hat. Als wir ihn auf die Dienststelle mitgenommen haben, hat er geweint, wie ein kleines Kind. Ich habe die Anzeige entsprechend formuliert, dass auch für Staatsanwälte und Richter die Notlage und auch die Reue erkennbar gewesen sein müssten. Ich denke, er wird mit einem blauen Auge davon gekommen sein… Und ich bin sicher, er hat seine Lektion gelernt.
Bei denen, die abgeschoben werden sollen, rede ich hier von Körperverletzern, Vergewaltigern usw…
Und davon gibts leider Gottes auch viele – bei weitem keine Einzelfälle. Und das sind keine Stammtischphrasen, sondern meine persönliche, jahrelange Berufserfahrung. Da gibt es welche, die sind zwei Wochen in Deutschland und haben bereits über 10 Körperverletzungsdelikte begangen – und NICHTS passiert.
Solche Leute, die hier auf ein besseres Leben hoffen, aber unsere Gesetze und Sitten immer und immer wieder mit Füßen treten, gehören konsequent aus dem Land abgeschoben. Das würde ich übrigens auch gerne mit deutschen Straftätern machen… ist nur leider rechtlich nicht möglich.
Das hätte übrigens auch die Folge, dass sich die Deutschen – ob gerechtfertigt oder nicht – nicht mehr bedroht fühlen würden durch die Asylbewerber.
Wenn die Kriminellen unter den Asylbewerbern konsequent abgeschoben werden, bleiben die Anständigen übrig – und vor denen braucht sich keiner fürchten. Da sind wirklich ganz tolle Menschen dabei, die ich auch in meiner beruflichen Karriere kennen lernen durfte.
Tja… das wäre mein persönliches 5-Punkte-Programm zur Lösung der Asylproblematik. Ich denke, das könnte funktionieren. Und wenn die Gesetzeslage es dann irgendwann hergäbe, könnten wir auch Wirtschaftsflüchtlinge aufnehmen, weil dann die Erstaufnahmeeinrichtungen nur noch Durchlaufadresse wären.
Wer sagt: „Das Boot ist voll!“, der hat noch lange nicht verstanden, welche Möglichkeiten wir mit unserem Reichtum tatsächlich haben. Es stimmt einfach nicht.
Aber wir – und damit meine ich ganz besonders unsere Politiker – packen das Thema im Moment hinten und vorne falsch an. Das Asylwesen, so wie es jetzt ist, ist zum Scheitern verurteilt – die Integration ist zum Scheitern verurteilt.
Glücklicherweise gibt es Menschen, wie man sie momentan am Münchner Hauptbahnhof sieht. Die ohne jeglichen Wunsch nach Belohnung den Flüchtlingen dort helfen, ihnen Wasser und Lebensmittel, Windeln, Babynahrung, Spielsachen und Kleidung überlassen.
DAS sind Menschen, die die Welt etwas besser machen und den armen Menschen dort ein bisschen Hoffnung geben. Ich selbst werde mit meiner Frau die nächsten Tage Babykleidung zusammensuchen, die wir nicht mehr brauchen und Spielsachen, für die unsere Kinder inzwischen zu klein sind, um sie an eine Aufnahmeeinrichtung zu verschenken, die überwiegend syrische Familien mit Kleinkindern und Babys beherbergt. Dort fehlt es an allem, vor allem an warmer Kleidung und Babynahrung – und bald kommt der Winter, dann wird es noch schlimmer…
Ich weiß, das klingt schlimm und für uns reiche Deutsche ist es ein Armutszeugnis – aber wenn die Politik nicht schnell und unkompliziert reagiert, werden wir bald die ersten Toten unter den Asylbewerbern beklagen müssen. Und das haben dann unsere Politiker zu verantworten, weil sie – statt schnell und zielstrebig zu reagieren – wieder ewig debattieren und zu keinem Ergebnis kommen.
Die Parteien sind mehr damit beschäftigt, sich gegenseitig gegen den Karren zu fahren, als in Notzeiten mal an einem Strang zu ziehen… Hauptsache, man gräbt der Konkurrenzpartei Wählerstimmen ab…
Aber das ist ein anderes Thema, über das ich auch ewig schreiben könnte.

Macht das beste aus der Situation. Macht Euren Job und alles, was Ihr in Eurem Leben anpackt so, dass Ihr Euch abends in den Spiegel schauen könnt.
Überlegt Euch, was Ihr selbst tun könnt.
Vielleicht ist Euer Tun nur ein Tropfen auf dem heißen Stein, aber viele Tropfen verschaffen auch Kühlung.
Wenn unsere Politik so ineffizient reagiert, können vielleicht wenigstens wir ein bisschen was tun.
